Prior to the beginning of any project APH Computers recognises that is essential for the success of your new small business software solution or computer support services that the detail of the project is defined and confirmed.

Two key elements are encompassed here, the project plan and the technical system definition. The production of these is led by APH Computers’ SAP Business One Consultant.

Small Business Software

When implementing more complex projects, for example, implementing a new piece of small business software, closer engagement of the companies is required to ensure clarity and both parties are fully aware what needs to take place in order for your new small business software solution to be a success.

A detailed project plan co-ordinated by our SAP Business One consultant details the key responsibilities and project delivery dates. The project plan is updated following the system design.
A core team will be appointed at your premises compromising members of your staff that are due to work on the new project. They will be responsible for implementing the project within the business.

Your team will have a clear understanding of your business and what it is looking to achieve from its new small business software solution. They will form the core expertise for implementing and supporting the internal business rollout of your new small business software systems.

This team will be trained by our SAP Business One consultant to a level where they can understand how your small business software will interact with your organisation allowing them to make the decisions on how the system will be configured to meet the specific needs of your business.
These decisions will then be reached at a system design workshop, led by our SAP Business One consultant who will guide the review and produce the design definition for formal agreement.

Implementation

Once the above has been agreed your new small business software is implemented and configured on your internal IT infrastructure. Following testing by our SAP Business One consultant, your new small business software is available to the core team allowing them to ensure it meets the agreed requirements. APH Computers support the core team testing through the IT helpdesk, and the core team will train their colleagues in how the business will run your new small business software.

If any data migration is required then this will be trialled to prove the process. The team can then conduct acceptance tests to ensure your small business software has been implemented as defined.

Go Live

Once the above has been agreed and any required up to date data has been transferred to the new system, a go live date can be setup for your new small business software system. Given the extensive client involvement in the project, this is usually a straightforward process; however our SAP Business One consultant and IT helpdesk will be on hand to provide support throughout the go live period.
